The property is situated in the countryside, with private veranda overlooking the countryside with lemon trees, near Santa Flavia and Porticello, about 700 m from sea. Easy to reach, it is 16 kilometers away from Palermo and 150m from the railway station of Santa Flavia, that connects the city to Palermo every 20 minutes, so you can avoid the daily traffic and problems of parking in Palermo…

Rooms are spacious and bright and some of them have balconies with view of the countryside where it is possible to have breakfast. Rooms have wooden furniture. The beds have orthopedic mattresses. Every room has TV, telephone, bathroom with shower, hair dryer and courtesy service, a little desk, air conditioned and heating. Family-run property with a friendly staff. Change of linen every 2 days.

We offer Italian typical breakfast: coffee, milk, tea, “cappuccino” and “cornetto”.

The area around Villa Soles is reach of interesting sites to visit, such as the archeological area of Solunto, the Pirriers (the ancient tufo caves), the seafaring village of Porticello, Villa Filangeri and the Basilica Soluntina in Santa Flavia town, the Solanto’s castle and natural beauties, such as Monte Catalfano with its routes for hikers and trekkers, Capo Zafferano, Santa Nicolicchia. The hotel is at 1,5 Km from Bagheria, where it is possible to visit the beautiful 700 Villas. Very near to the hotel there are many typical restaurants where it is possible to taste Sicilian dishes prepared with fish. With some of these we have an agreement, so that it is possible to choose HB or FB.

We are along "strada statale 113" that connects Trapani and Messina.

From the Highway A19, tollgates of Casteldaccia or Bagheria and then follow directions to Porticello.

Railways station: S. Flavia. We are at 150 mt.

Nearest Airport: "Falcone-Borsellino" of Palermo-Punta Raisi.
