Details of Villa Addaura
Villa Addaura B&B is situated in a beautiful postion on the sea-shore ( just 7 mt from the sea), a few minutes by car from Mondello(5 minutes) and Palermo(15minutes) near the bus-stop that connects you to the city. The Villa, immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, with a very well tended garden around, has the direct access to the sea (only ten meters). Your vacation will start entering the house, where you will find the peacefulness and the frendly Italian hospitality.
The house is situated in one of the most suggestive and panoramic point of Mondello’s gulf away from the traffic. The villa has been recently build than it’s new and well kept from the staff. The house has two floors: on the higher floor, three bedrooms: 1double-room and 2 twin room(Total 6 persons) finely kept, furnished of climatic ventilator and two bathroom with shower-box and bathtub; on the lower floor a big living-room with satellitar Tv and air-condition and the kitchen.
A big solarium on every two floors.
You will find the comfort, welcome and relax that you are looking for; the owner with his complete disposability will contribute to make your vacations wonderful.
Breakfast, self-service, is pleasant and plentiful; the living-room has direct access in the garden with a stone-table for wonderful breakfast with sea-fragrance, than there is a completly functionality for your best holidays.
The charming village of Mondello with its many shops,restaurant and ice-cream parlour, is only five minutes by car from Villa Addaura.
