The property is immersed in seven hectares of rich forest of oak-tree and roverella where you can find traces of bears, wolf footprints in the snow, where in the evening hours sometimes you can meet deers and roes.
Case Catalano, is an holiday home decorated with refined accuracy in details, where the atmosphere that envelops the traveller is exquisitely familiar and warm -hearted.The furniture is the original tradition of Abruzzo, all the bedding is made of linen and comes from the local tradition of weaving.
The apartement includes a living room with comfortable sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a bedroom. It can accommodate 4/5 guests .Outside of Case Catalano there is an ample parking and it’s surrounded by 7 acres of woodland property.
Bed linen is changed once a week, bathroom and kitchen linen 2 times per week. A richiesta è possibile avere aiuto domestico, preparazione piatti tipici locali e transfer da/per aeroporto o stazione.
