Thank to its geographic position, that is 5 km far from the sea and 15 km far from the mountain, you can reach in a short time the tops of the Apennines in order to ski or make an excursion and you can also enjoy the sunny beaches with the clear sea of the Adriatic Coast.
If you prefer to live the nature of the parks of this Region, that is the green Region of Europe, you have only the embarrassment of choosing: the Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo, Parco del Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga, Parco della Majella and the regional Parco Sirente-Velino.
Last but not least, you can enjoy also the smell and the tastes of the typical and traditional dishes of the local cookery.
