After years of experience in the tourism field, Gemma and Massimo decided to open their house to those who, for holiday or business, wish to stay in a familiar and comfortable atmosphere where hospitality and warmth make you feel at home.

Situated in the relaxing Tuscan country, and surrounded by medieval villages rich of history and culture as San Miniato, Palaia and Montopoli.

On the first floor the B&B presents 4 double rooms and 1 small “Suite” composed by double room and small room with sofa bed, ideal for families with children or teens.
During the stay our guests will take the main entrance key with them to make them feel completely independent.

Breakfast is served in your room or you can enjoy a rich buffet in the beautiful ground floor hall with original crossed vaults, or in the garden. With hot bread, cakes, brioches, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, jam, juices, cold meat, cheeses, ecc.

We also provide our guests with a small kitchen with fridge, electric plates and a microwave oven that can be useful to heat the milk for babies or prepare snacks for your children.
