The “Sunflower”(Girasole) is situated in a farmhouse in the countryside only 25 kms Rome. It offers the visitor the opportunity to relax and enjoy the surroundings while being within easy reach of the eternal city. Facilities include central heating, swimming pool, garden, large kitchen, reading room, T.V., hobby room and the possibility of horse riding in the vicinity. It is also possible to practise trekking in the ‘Monti Lucretili Park’, play ping –pong, table football and also pay a visit to the “Cretone” Baths, Tivoli, Villa Adriana and Villa D’Este.
The Sunflower also have 3 very comfortable rooms with pivate balcony where you can admire a beautiful view of the Monti Lucretili. All this could give you the impression of living in your own home. Breakfast is served indoors during the winter months but during the summer it is served under the porticoes situated near the swimming pool. The Sunflower also has a very nice independent apartment that sleeps 4/5 persons which can be rented even for one week. From the Sunflower BB it is possible to get to the centre of Rome in about 20 minutes by rail. The train service leaves every 15 minutes from the “Pianabella railway station” where there is a very large car park. The train service crosses Rome, stopping in many central places and offers any easy connection to and from Fiumicino Airport for people who travel by plane.
