Our estate is about 4 km from the town centre of SCIACCA and also from the sea, situated in a rural and very peaceful idyll of about 50,000 square meters in the middle of a grove of olive trees.
A choice of four modern, apartments situated on the first floor of the owners' villa. All apartments are fully equipped with SAT-TV, Hi-Fi, fridge, toaster, heating, air conditioning, fans, garden furniture. Linen and towels are changed weekly. All guests have the use of a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and the internet to check or send emails. The villa's owners live on the ground floor.
Casa Fontana Calda is in an idyllic, rural location and surrounded by olive trees. The apartments are in the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and enjoy impressive views of the surrounding countryside.
